i am interested in Surrender Meditation but do not live in the USA,can i be initiated online?
2 How effective is the online course without initiation?
Thank you.
The two are completely unrelated with one exception: In one module there is a course that introduces the practice that follows shaktipat diksha. I use the title “Surrender Meditation” both because it is somewhat descriptive, and to avoid the use of Sanskrit words like shaktipat kundalini yoga, sahaja yoga, maha yoga, shakti yoga, etc. The word yoga is not used here to imply asana, the physical exercise version known to most, but the spiritual science.
I see that I didn’t answer your second question, ” How effective is the online course without initiation?” The answer is, “Very effective,” if you do it as suggested. Initiation is not required to take these courses. In fact, I am currently considering making the courses offered here, at least modules 1 through 4, mandatory for initiation candidates. I am also looking into providing more avenues for doing this coursework. I believe the information and experiences this coursework provides are necessary for online shaktipat to generate outcomes that last and provide initiates with the results they seek.
